Julia Wertz is a cartoonist from the bay area. She has published five books and does monthly comic segments for the New Yorker and Harper’s. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.

Josh Wertz is a counselor at a clinic in San Francisco’s tenderloin neighborhood. The first cartoon he ever wrote was published in the New Yorker. He lives in Oakland, CA.

Josh and Julia have been working together as a writing team since 2015. They are siblings.
