Cecily Parks is the author of three books of poetry, including The Seeds (Alice James Books, 2025), poems from which appear in A Public Space, The Nation, The New Yorker, and elsewhere. She teaches in the MFA
Program in creative writing at Texas State University and lives in Austin.
