Casey Jarman is a writer, illustrator, and Believer contributing editor based in Portland, Oregon. He writes (mostly about video-game soundtracks) for Bandcamp.com, and has made animated music videos for Typhoon, Mo Troper, the Shivas, and other friends. The Guardian said that his 2016 book, Death: An Oral History, would “make you cry in public,” and that made him weirdly happy.
